Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager for motor insurance at A2Z Staffs located in Ahmedabad. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through managing and developing relationships with broker partners, hiring and training new agents, developing marketing strategies, and engaging with customers to provide exceptional support and service.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Channel Motor insurance sales and marketing, preferably in insurance industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and people management skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of insurance regulations and policies
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented,
