Cluster Business Head - Life Insurance

Position: Cluster Business Head
Experience: 3 to 10 years in Life Insurance
Team Handling Experience: 3+ years required
We're expanding and seeking a proactive Senior Manager for our Life Insurance Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed targets for Life Business Sales (LBS) in our franchise network.
Activate Branches & Sales Teams: Ensure branches and sales teams are active and productive as per our plans.
Engagement & Activity Management: Maintain high engagement at branches with support from our Internal Sales Manager.
Drive Business Growth: Lead efforts to grow new business as per our Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Ensure Customer Retention: Maintain desired levels of customer retention across all channels.

Leadership and Team Development:

Strategize and Plan: Develop strategies to ensure effective business delivery through activities and initiatives.
Conduct Business Reviews: Regularly review performance with teams to identify and resolve operational gaps.
Stay Informed: Keep updated on industry trends and competition, and leverage our strengths effectively.
Develop Team Skills: Create an environment for team growth, mentoring and coaching to enhance individual strengths.
Promote Opportunities: Encourage team members to take on more responsibilities and maintain high enthusiasm.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Life Insurance, including 3+ years in team management.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
In-depth knowledge of Life Insurance products and market regulations.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
