- Experience : 2 years or more than that into VRM banking/non-banking sales and service

- Location : Thane
Salary : minimum package should be 3 LPA or more than that (hike on last drawn salary, with relevant experience)
Shifts : Rotational Day shift
Week off: Rotational week off in a month
Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing and expanding existing high net worth customer relationships fir liabilities.
- Deepening relationships sourcing accounts.
- Cross selling bank products and building penetration for remote banking channels like net/mobile banking
- Informing customers of new products for further expand the banking relationship.
- Ensuring high levels of customer service orientation to meet benchmarks NPS
- Achieve sales targets and providing Customer service
- Relationship Management for a Portfolio of customers
- Responsible for Cross Sell & enhancing relationship with existing customers
- Selling of Investment products like Mutual Fund, Insurance & Current account & Saving account
- Generation of referrals from internal database
- Generate business and cross sell all products and services of the Bank
- Enhance the value of existing accounts of Current account & saving account customers. Retention of accounts
