2. Structured Content

Conclude with a strong recommendation. This structured approach not only makes the letter easier to read but also emphasizes key points efficiently.

3. Quantifiable Achievements

3. Maintain a Positive Tone Throughout

It’s important to maintain a positive tone throughout the recommendation letter.  Express genuine enthusiasm and steer clear of any remarks that could be taken negatively.

4. Keep it Formal and Concise

Adopt a formal tone and stick to a business letter format, using a twelve-point font size in Arial or Times New Roman. If applicable, write the letter on your organization's letterhead. Aim for a length of at least one page but avoid exceeding two pages to maintain the reader's attention.
