Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive at SME Exclusive. The role involves new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and account management strategies.
Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to drive business growth
Leverage digital marketing techniques to identify and nurture leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the SME sector
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
Represent SME Exclusive at industry events and conferences
What We're Looking For
6+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SME or technology sector
Exceptional communication skills in both English and Bengali
Strong digital marketing acumen with a track record of leveraging online platforms for lead generation
A results-driven mindset with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
