Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Core Java Developer to join our IAM development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming and experience in developing and maintaining complex IAM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and components that are part of the IAM platform.
Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless authentication, authorization, and identity management.
Security: Implement security best practices in coding and system design, focusing on identity verification, data protection, and access control.
Performance Tuning: Optimize application performance and scalability, ensuring the IAM solutions meet enterprise-level requirements.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to IAM implementations and integrations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the security, infrastructure, and operations teams to deploy and manage IAM solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to architecture, code, and system configurations.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: [4+] years of experience in Java development, with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Core Java and Java-based frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
