Technical Skill Requirements

Core Java 11, Strong coding and Analytical skills,

Multithreading, Spring, OAuth 2.0, Java Swing, Oracle DB, Gradle, Intellij, GIT, Bit Bucket.

Domain: - Trading, Banking preferred.

Role and Responsibilities

 Good working experience in Multithreading/concurrency, Spring Core, Identity Access Management using OAuth 2.0, Encryption and Decryption techniques,

 Ensure that customer facing applications are designed to be highly available, observable, and durable via software engineering best practices.

 Work with Product and Project Owners to understand end-user requirements, formulate user stories and then translate those into pragmatic and effective technical solutions.

 Work closely with backend and operations engineers to ensure deliverables are well-documented, secure and resilient.

 Help engineering management prioritize technical roadmap and to identify gaps in process and planning.

 Help to establish and document development best practices and ensure that these practices are adhered to.

Required Skills

 Must have 6 + years of experience in Core Java, Java 11, Multithreading, Collections, Memory management.

 Should be very strong in fundamentals like Data Structures, dealing with time complexities, memory management etc.

 Good in multithreading concepts like Mutex, Semaphores, Thread pools, Thread Local, different Inter thread communication concepts. Different thread states, thread lifecycle and strong in basics of thread concepts.

Analysing the Thread dump, Heap dump, analysing root cause of memory leaks, Monitoring Wireshark etc.

Worked in the areas that demand concurrency.

Monitor the outage of servers.

Open to work on a legacy trading application that demand performance intensive design solutions.

Realtime experience in debugging the application in prod checking Splunk logs etc.

Fluency in Java, Spring, J2EE, REST Services.

Experience in Java Swing in UI, OracleDB with medium to complex usage of SQL queries.

Good hands-on with Intellij and GIT

Good domain and excellent communication skills.
