We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role will be based in one of our offices located in Bengaluru, Chennai, or Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications And Skills
 Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within a construction or tech-enabled environment.
 Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. (Mandatory skill)
 Proven ability in lead generation, identifying prospects and converting them into successful sales. (Mandatory skill)
 Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
 Proficient in negotiation to effectively close deals and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
 Solid product knowledge to provide detailed and accurate information to clients about the company's offerings.
 Experience with CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
 Ability to close deals effectively and meet sales targets.

Roles And Responsibilities
 Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate leads and drive sales for residential and commercial construction projects.
 Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
 Maintain customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
 Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
 Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
 Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for business growth and market penetration.
 Provide detailed product information and answer any customer queries regarding the construction process, pricing, and timelines.
 Ensure that all client documentation and records are accurately maintained and updated.
