Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CRM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in managing customer relationships, leading teams, and driving customer satisfaction. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that enhance client engagement, streamline sales processes, and improve overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
 CRM Strategy Development:
 Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
 Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
 Team Leadership:
 Lead and mentor the CRM team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
 Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
 Customer Relationship Management:
 Oversee the management of customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
 Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
 Data Analysis and Reporting:
 Monitor and analyse CRM metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
 Provide regular reports on customer trends, sales performance, and CRM activities.
 Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:
 Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
 Support marketing campaigns by leveraging CRM data to target specific customer segments.
 Process Improvement:
 Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
 Implement best practices and new technologies to streamline operations.
 Compliance and Documentation:
 Ensure all CRM activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
 Minimum of 5+ years of experience in CRM management within the real estate industry.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner / Less than 15days.
