Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist at Pushpanjali Drums Pvt Ltd in Borivali, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for customer communication, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, training staff on sales techniques, and managing sales operations.
Qualifications
Communication and Customer Service skills
Sales and Sales Management skills
Experience in training staff
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Knowledge of MS drums and barrels industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
