- Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in both domestic and North American markets.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in both domestic and North American markets.
Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and enhance client engagement.
Contract Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales agreements and contracts.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to North American clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of client orders and services.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager or Director of Sales.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
Address any issues or complaints from clients in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role with a track record of success in managing and growing client accounts.
Experience working with North American clients and understanding of regional market dynamics.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
