Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Executive located in Greater Noida west. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching products, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers, and uncovering their needs and requirements. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing sales deals and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
Fresher with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM software
Ability to identify new opportunities and convert leads into sales
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with a passion for sales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good oral communication and presentation skills
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies
Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
