What You Will Experience In This Position

In this position, you will get to:
 Leverage your Quality Assurance (QA) management experience to enable all of our scrum teams to deliver a comprehensive set of automated tests along with the feature and infrastructure code.
 Step into the role as a Software Development Manager, joining a team of managers who highly value your QA management experience, and help support your transition to a manager of full stack software developers.
 Build, grow, and lead an inclusive, diverse team of software developers responsible for building frameworks, systems, and tools to enable cloud IoT and EHT design software solutions.
 Coach and mentor team members, helping them to set goals, and enabling them to develop and. advance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
 Lead by example, care for your team, and help advance our culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
 Recognize and celebrate the ongoing success of the team, as well as individual team members.
 Collaborate and work with peers across the globe to help improve and champion our Agile, Scrum, QA, and DevOps practices.

You Have
 Bachelors Degree or better in Software Engineering, Computing Science, or equivalent.
 Proven 2 or more years experience as a QA Lead / QA Manager / QA Architect .
 Extensive 5 or more years) hands-on experience planning and implementing extensive automated test strategies.
 Experience with Selenium, Cypress, and similar testing tools
 Proficient in implementing QA strategies on web applications
 Strong desire to expand beyond QA background by coaching and mentoring a team of entry level software developers.
 Proven ability to collaborate with other technical leaders.
 A passion for continuous learning to improve your leadership skills.
 Desire to coach and guide our Agile software development teams in understanding our users domain.
 Ability to effectively communicate at the team, individual, and leadership level.
