Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative at Progressive Molecules Pvt.Ltd located in Silchar. The role requires maintaining and expanding relationships with customers, reaching the targets and goals set for the area, and establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base. Additionally, the Medical Sales Representative should be able to evaluate and analyze territory business needs and develop a professional business relationship with customers while also maintaining a positive company image.

Qualifications

At least a bachelor's degree in a science or business-related field
A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
Ability to. understand and communicate detailed medical and scientific information
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities, develop solutions, and make product recommendations
Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
