Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Manager in Rajkot. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving international sales by developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, identifying new markets, and maintaining customer relationships. The Export Sales Manager will work closely with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure successful sales operations.

Qualifications
 5+ years of experience in sales management or business development focused on international markets
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
 Experience with managing and developing a sales team
 Ability to understand and analyze market trends and customer needs
 Proficiency in English and at least one other language
 Bachelor's or Master's. degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
 Experience with export regulations, logistics, and customer service is a plus
 Ability to travel internationally if require
