Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive located in Mumbai (Lower Parel). The Social Media Executive will be responsible for media planning, communication, social media marketing, writing and social media optimization (SMO).
Qualifications
Social Media Marketing and Media Planning skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience of 3-4 years as a Social Media Manager with a track record of successfully growing brands on social media.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best. practices.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and derive insights for strategy optimization.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Experience in the Edtech sector is essential to tailor social media strategies to the specific needs of the industry.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in social media algorithms and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva is a plus
Experience in the education industry is a plus

Work collaboratively with external agencies, providing clear direction and ensuring the delivery of high-quality social media campaigns.
Manage agency relationships, ensuring effective communication, and aligning agency efforts with organizational goals.
