Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at UltraTech Cement as a CC&F located in Warangal. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, conducting research and analyzing data to determine market trends, and engaging with customers to identify their needs and preferences.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Marketing software tools
Experience with digital marketing and social media management
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments
Experience in the Cement or Construction industry is a plus
Ability to work. independently and in a team setting
Strong organizational and project management skills
Willingness to travel as needed,
