- As a Business Development, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for researching and prospecting new leads, nurturing relationships with prospects, and converting them into qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential leads within our target market.
Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques to prospect and qualify leads.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Track and report on lead generation metrics and KPIs.
Continuously optimize lead generation processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven. experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
