Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online and technical support to gym and fitness center owners, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, and delivering exceptional customer service. Conducting Online Demo & Training for New & Existing Clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
Customer Support, Customer Service, and Technical Support skills
Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints
Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer. support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Effective problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/ Excel, Internet & Social Media)
Minimum HSC or Any Graduate,
