Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Relations Manager based in Visakhapatnam. The role involves managing relationships with customers, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires regular communication with customers and colleagues, and some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills
Experience in customer relations or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
. Experience min 2 years in the construction industry is a plus
Fluent in Telugu language,
