Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Navi Mumbai for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support to customers.

Analytical Skills and Problem-solving abilities
Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to handle and de-escalate difficult situations
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in handling a team of customer service representatives
Experience in the organic products industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field,
