QA - Manual Testing

Responsibilities
 Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
 Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
 Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks and tools.
 Execute regression tests to identify and address potential regression issues after code changes.
 Perform performance testing to ensure software stability and responsiveness.
 Continuously monitor and improve the QA process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
 Troubleshoot and analyze issues found during testing, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
 Hands-on with AWS services for testing and deployment, and contributes to maintaining a robust testing. environment in the cloud.
 Write and maintain documentation related to testing processes, methodologies, and results.
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA, automation, Python scripting, and AWS services.

Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 Proven experience in manual and automated software testing, including designing test cases and executing them across different platforms.
 Proficiency in scripting using Python to create test scripts and automate testing processes.
 Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and the ability to set up and manage test environments using cloud resources.
 Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
 Extensive knowledge of networking and systems.
 Develop all lines of QA documentation including Test Plans, Test Cases, and Traceability Matrices.
 Experience in manual and automated software testing (web & mobile applications).
 Customer-focused, ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams, and ability to multi-task on multiple products and projects.
 Experience in API automation testing.
 Experience with version control systems (e. g., Git).
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
 Relevant certifications in QA, AWS, or testing frameworks are a plus.
