Role Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Navi Mumbai with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities. The Specialist will also be expected to collect and analyze market research data, monitor industry trends, and optimize the overall performance of our sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing role
 Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
 Experience with market research and data analysis
 ability to communicate marketing. ideas effectively both verbally and in writing
 Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
 Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
 Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
