Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience in project coordination, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project managers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and facilitating effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
 Collaborate with the client and internal team for the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
 Act as a liaison between project managers, team members, and stakeholders.
 Make sure that clients needs are met as project evolve.
 Identify campaign performance trends and gain insights to optimize the campaign performance.
 Facilitate effective communication to ensure everyone is informed about project updates, changes, and deadlines.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting. minutes.
 Generate reports to provide insights into project performance and identify areas for improvement.
 Monitor project progress and ensure that milestones are achieved within the specified timeframes.

Requirements and Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in a related field.
 Candidate who has experience working across digital marketing channels preferable.
 Ability to report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
 Strong Client-facing and teamwork skills.
 Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
 Proficient in project management tools and software.
 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
 Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities.
 Strong problem-solving skills.
