What You'll Do
 Work with Customer Service, Marketing, and Merchandising teams on setting quality processes and transaction audits
 Review customer service emails, voice calls, marketing, and merchandising processes for adherence to defined quality parameters
 Analysis of quality scores & publish audit results to stakeholders.
 Identify problem areas by doing root cause analysis, work on improvements, and provide feedback and actionable data.
 Work with training on deploying interventions to address performance gaps
 Participate in new employee training and certification process

We'd love for you to have:Education:
 - Bachelors degree in any discipline.
 - Certified in yellow belt level, and trained at Green belt level

Experience
 - 5 years quality assurance experience in email and voice-based B2C customer service environment
 - Experience in Quality Assurance in a retail environment will be an added advantage
 - Certified at Yellow belt level
 Good analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and providing information with accuracy
 Excellent written and verbal skills
