Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Assurance Engineer at A2Global Consulting. The QA Engineer will be responsible for test execution, quality assurance, manual testing, and creating test cases. The QA Engineer will also be responsible for software testing.

Job Responsibilities

 Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility

 Collaborating closely with other team members and departments

 Executing all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)

 Detecting and tracking. software defects and inconsistencies

 Providing timely solutions

 Applying quality engineering principals throughout the product lifecycle

 Providing support and documentation

 Mentoring junior QA engineers

 Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

 Solid experience in functional, usability, acceptance, integration, performance and security testing

 3+ years of testing experience in software development

 Experience with writing and executing detailed test cases, test plans and test design documents

 Experience with application (UI/API/Unit) automation tools, BDD automation tools, monitoring tools, performance testing tools, and automation technologies is a plus

 Good communication skills with fluency in English

Candidates should possess a strong understanding and experience in test execution, quality assurance, and software testing. Manual testing and creating test cases are also key skills for this role. Experience with test automation frameworks is a plus, as well as relevant professional certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester. Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required,
