Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling blood collection tubes to healthcare providers, laboratories, and other relevant customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role requires building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with the company's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Gather and analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing performance and progress.
Ensure all sales documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Training and Development:
Continuously update knowledge on product features, benefits, and advancements.
Attend industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions as required.
Share best practices and knowledge with team members to enhance overall team performance.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on market trends and sales performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or fresher also can apply.
Strong understanding of blood collection tubes and related products is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using ERP software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
