Digital Marketing Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing and Website Manager with 2-3 years of experience to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our company's online presence. The ideal candidate will have specific expertise in Google Analytics, website development using platforms Webflow, proficiency in managing SEO strategies, and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
 Manage and maintain the company's websites, ensuring functionality, user experience, and overall performance Using Webflow
 Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and make data-driven decisions to enhance site performance.
 Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute digital marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation, conversion optimization, and brand awareness.
 Create, edit, and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO best practices.
 Collaborate with the tech teams to monitor website security, performance, and scalability, implementing necessary updates and improvements.
 Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to suggest innovative solutions for website enhancement.

Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
 1-3 years of proven experience in website management, including expertise in Google Analytics, Webflow, and other CMS platforms.
 Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience in implementing successful SEO strategies.
 Proficiency in digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and PPC advertising.
 Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or relevant fields.
 Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
 Knowledge of Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic website troubleshooting.
