    Business Development Manager Experience: 3+ Years Salary Range: 12 to 18 LPA Type of Work: Hybrid (initially remote) Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in blockchain technology to join our team. The selected candidate will be pivotal in driving growth through strategic partnerships, market positioning, and innovative business strategies. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of blockchain technology, a successful background in B2B sales, and the ability to operate within a complex technological framework. Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the blockchain ecosystem, including technology providers, platforms, and industry influencers. Negotiate partnership terms and agreements that align with our business objectives and provide mutual value. Market Analysis and Positioning: Conduct extensive market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the blockchain industry. Develop strategies to effectively position our products/services in the market, leveraging the unique advantages of blockchain technology. Sales and Revenue Generation: Lead B2B sales initiatives to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing clients in the blockchain sector. Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth. Product and Service Innovation: Collaborate with the product development team to identify market requirements and opportunities for new blockchain-based solutions. Contribute to the innovation roadmap by providing valuable market insights and customer feedback. Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on industry trends, regulatory developments, and technological advancements in blockchain. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate the value proposition of blockchain solutions to diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Development Manager or a similar role within the blockchain industry. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), smart contracts, and cryptocurrency markets. A strong network and relationships within the blockchain community and related industries. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and independently drive results.,
