Senior Node.js Developer

We are hiring for Senior Node.js Developer

Experience : 4-5 years of experience

Location: Perungudi,Chennai

Shift : Central US time zone (On-site)(7.30 PM- 3.00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and related technologies.
 Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
 Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
 Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
 Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
 Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
 Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
 Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:
 4-5 years of professional experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
 Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and callback patterns.
 Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
 Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
 Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
 Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
 Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
 Understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
