Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
 Provide exceptional customer service via phone
 Identify and assess customers" needs to achieve satisfaction
 Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and courteous manner
 Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution
 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
 Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the management team
 Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support across all touch points
 Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers

Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
 Eligibility for both Fresher and Experienced.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Fluency in Malay Bahasa or Indonesian Bahasa.
