Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer. Service
A passion for delivering outstanding Customer Experience
Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy
Experience in a customer service role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience,
