Mandatory Responsibilities:

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Accounting and Billing:

Follow up with channel partners to ensure all invoices are settled every month.

Create Purchase Orders (POs) and send them to channel partners before the exam dates.

Channel Partner Management:

Maintain and nurture positive relationships with channel partners.

Optimize costs associated with center bookings.

Capacity Building:

Expand the channel partner network by adding at least one new channel partner per month, organized by zone.

Ensure each exam center is staffed with fixed, experienced manpower and maintain high-quality standards.

Quality Management:

Ensure timely booking of CBT exam centers, adhering to the Turnaround Time (TAT) specified by the reporting manager.

Ensure center quality meets standards with no power outages, no rejections, comprehensive audit reports, and proper center setup and cooperation.,
