Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Manager with 2-3 years of experience, specializing in AWS Cloud.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and optimization of our organization &

infrastructure, emphasizing AWS cloud services. This role requires proficiency in office infrastructure, a

strong understanding of both Windows and Linux environments, and knowledge of MySQL databases.

Responsibilities:

 Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and

security.

 Monitor and optimize AWS resources to maximize performance and cost efficiency.

 Support - Giving support to the Dev team in case any optimization/troubleshooting is going

on for the performance of the application.

 Deploy new application builds.

 Implement best practices for cloud security and compliance.

 Manage the support partners to optimize the AWS infrastructure.

 Oversee day-to-day management of office infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and end-user systems.

 Collaborate with IT support teams to address and resolve infrastructure-related issues.

 Manage the 3 rd Party Vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

 In-depth understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure. AWS certifications are desirable.

 Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems.

 Knowledge of MySQL databases and database management.

 Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.

Good to have Skills:

 Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

 Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

 Knowledge of MySQL database performance tuning.

Soft Skills:

 Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical

information to non-technical stakeholders.

 Should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.

 Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and business requirements.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

 Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
