We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning designs across various digital and print platforms. You will play a pivotal role in leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior designers to deliver exceptional design solutions.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, logos, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience to develop effective design strategies.

Lead and manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design software to enhance design capabilities and propose innovative ideas.

Conduct design research and competitor analysis to identify new design opportunities and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals and brand identity.

Collaborate with external agencies, printers, and vendors to oversee production processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of design assets.

Maintain organized design files and assets, ensuring efficient retrieval and future reference.

Uphold design consistency and brand integrity across all marketing and communication channels.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a senior or leadership role, with an outstanding portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, ensuring design accuracy and quality.

Proactive problem-solving skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for innovation in design.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
