Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Manager located in Mumbai. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating sales activities in the designated territory. This includes developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and monitoring market trends. The Field Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and motivating the sales team, analyzing sales data, and providing feedback and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships
