Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute lead generation strategies to meet or exceed targets.
 Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
 Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
 Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
 Collaborate with marketing teams to create and refine lead generation campaigns and promotional materials.
 Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to engage with potential leads.
 Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and improve performance.
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 3+ years of experience in lead generation or a similar role, preferably within [specific industry, if applicable].
