We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our Inside Sales Team in Bangalore. If you have a knack for identifying potential customers and nurturing them into sales opportunities, this role is perfect for you.
 *Responsibilities:**

- Conduct research to identify potential leads using various online and offline sources.

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.

- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position Ruddos offerings as solutions.

- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.

- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
 *Requirements:**

- Excellent communication skills in English and any regional language.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Graduated from a recognized university between 2hidden_mobile.

- High energy, proactive approach, and a willingness to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
 *Additional Criteria:**

- Work Days: Tuesday to Sunday

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth atmosphere.

- Must be based in Bangalore and able to work from the office.
