Machine Learning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Expert with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and software development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that enhance our SaaS platform's capabilities and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems and enhance platform features.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
 Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns.
 Design and conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and fine-tune algorithms.
 Integrate machine learning models into production environments and ensure scalability and reliability.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply best practices to improve our technology stack.
 Document processes, models, and results to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning, data analysis, and software development.
 Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
 Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
 Strong understanding of statistical methods, data preprocessing techniques, and feature engineering.
 Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
 Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques.
 Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data visualization tools.
 Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
 Experience in the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) domain is a plus.,
