We are looking for a talented and experienced Data Scientist with expertise in Large Language Models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our dynamic team.

Data
 Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms with a focus on LLM and NLP applications.
 Design and execute experiments to improve the performance and accuracy of language models.
 Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLM and NLP and incorporate these into the company's projects.
 Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows for data ingestion, processing, and analysis.
 Communicate complex technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
 Mentor and guide junior data scientists and :
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
 2-8 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and NLP.
 Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
 Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, Hugging Face, or similar.
 Proven track record of working with LLMs, such as GPT, BERT, or similar models.
 Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data structures.
 Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
 Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team Skills :
 Experience with deploying and scaling machine learning models in a production environment.
 Knowledge of reinforcement learning and deep learning techniques.
 Background in linguistics or computational linguistics.
 Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
