Key Responsibilities

 Troubleshoot basic computer and software issues

Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
 Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
 Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 50 WPM and 95% accuracy
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
 Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in repetitive tasks
 Excellent organizational and time management skills
 Ability to work independently in a remote environment
 Basic troubleshooting skills for computer software and hardware
