Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the U.S, introducing them to our GenAI solutions, and closing sales. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective U.S. clients/Parents to present and sell our GenAI courses. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions. Identify client needs and tailor offerings to meet their requirements. Schedule and conduct virtual demonstrations and sales presentations. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our solutions. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Edtech industry or selling to educational institutions in the U.S. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive ability. Experience with cold calling and lead generation. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
