If so, then a career in Education and Edtech Sales might be the perfect fit for you! In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative English language educational products and services to schools and other educational institutions.
Role & responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads: You will be on the front lines prospecting for new clients, researching potential clients, and understanding their needs.
Build relationships: Developing strong relationships with educators, administrators, and decision-makers is key. You'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentations and demos: You'll be showcasing the features and benefits of our Education and Edtech solutions through presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating how they can improve learning outcomes.
Negotiate and close deals: Confidently negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve your sales targets.
Maintain client satisfaction: Providing excellent client service and ensuring client success is crucial. You may also identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Renewal and business development: Ensure contract renewal on timely basis. Monitor contract terms and timelines, follow up as necessary, update new services, offers and value addition to clients.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in sales and business development
Strong understanding of the Education and Edtech landscape with current educational trends
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build strong relationships
Goal-oriented and results-driven with a track record of exceeding targets
Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Open to travel
