Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Workplace interior design, excellent visual design & communication skills, and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, search engines, and websites specific to Workplace Design & build industry

- Create a content calendar in advance by aligning all forms of creative content

- Manage and optimize our website, blog, and social media channels to ensure brand consistency and engagement

- Create and curate high-quality and Unique content (images, videos, blog posts, etc.) that showcases our interior design expertise

- Run targeted online ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to reach new audiences and drive leads

- Analyze website analytics and campaign metrics to inform data-driven marketing decisions

- Collaborate with our design team to create marketing materials that reflect our brand's aesthetic & design philosophy

- Create content by collaborating with the entire team at BML as per requirement

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Workplace interior design or creative design industry

- Proven track record of success in driving online engagement and lead generation

- Strong Graphic design skills

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engines, and websites

- Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software

- Excellent communication, writing and speaking skills

- Have good videography, video editing skills, photography skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Mandatory Software skills:

- Knowledge of design software like Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing or equivalent software, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign

Nice to Have:

- Experience with interior design or architecture
