Franchise Development Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a young and dynamic Franchise Development Manager in building the best of Franchise hiring and for planning and managing the franchising business of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing franchising opportunities and for offering continuous support to franchisees and to ensure the overall success of the franchisor as well as the franchisee.
Job responsibilities
Developing and supervising the operations of new franchisees and the business development of franchise.
Providing training and information on the business policies and procedures and to develop new franchisees for the business.
Understanding and responding to potential franchisee inquiries.
Interviewing and assessing franchise applicants
Arranging promotional activities to enhance sales.
Management of the entire franchisee recruitment process from lead management to sign-up of a new franchise
Commitment of monthly & quarterly franchise recruitment targets for self & team and to reach them.
Job requirements
A proven experience of 4 to 5 years of sales career in franchisee appointments in India
An experience of working in a retail company and a knowledge of franchise development in the same is highly preferable.
Excellent relationship building , excellent business acumen, negotiation and diplomatic client handling skills are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of local languages.
Strategic thinking and planning skills.
Track record of achievements in previous roles with unmatched sense of accountability and business commitments
Ability to foresee upcoming challenges or obstacles and proactively set measures to minimize possible impact on running business and thus developing a good business franchise is a definite plus.
