Role And Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an Agency Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
 Developing and maintaining relationships with insurance agents and agencies
 Training and mentoring agents to improve their productivity and sales skills
 Setting and achieving sales targets and objectives
 Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities
 Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
 Graduate degree in any field
 Prior experience in field sales for at least 2 years
 Good stability, having spent an average of 2 years in their current organization
 Local candidate, staying in the same city for more than 2 years
