Role: Sales Development Manager
Compensation: Significant hike on the current salary.
Location: Office in Andheri East, Mumbai.
Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST.
We are looking for an experienced SDR Manager to coach and develop a team of US market Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Design and deliver effective cold-calling training programs tailored to the US market.
- Coach SDRs on best practices, objection handling, and call scripts to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing ongoing feedback and support.
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training to enhance team effectiveness.
- Conduct regular team meetings to reinforce key skills and address challenges.
- Provide real-time call coaching and role-playing exercises to build confidence and competence.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience training or coaching a US market SaaS sales team.
- 3+ years of B2B IT cold calling and sales experience.,
