Location: Anywhere in Maharashtra, Goa, Pune
Experience Required: 6 months in Life Insurance or BFSI
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager for our banca channel to drive sales and develop strategic partnerships with banking partners. The ideal candidate will have 6 months of experience in life insurance or BFSI sectors.
Responsibilities include:
- Channel Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to enhance sales performance.
- Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve targets and drive growth.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to bank staff on life insurance products and sales techniques.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities and address challenges.
Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in life insurance or BFSI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
