Overview
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and implementing strategic sales plans. They will be responsible for expanding the company's customer base, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Researching and identifying potential clients and new opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth
Conducting market research to identify new trends and opportunities
Generating leads and converting them into sales
Negotiating and closing business deals
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Preparing sales reports and forecasts
Participating in industry events and networking activities
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competition
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in sales and business development
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Experience in market research and analysis
Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
