    Are you a problem-solving enthusiast with a passion for technology and a knack for customer service If so, BEACON India wants you to join our team as a Technical Support Engineer - CAE. As a Technical Support Engineer - CAE at BEACON India, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers who use our Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software. You will be the go-to person for our customers when they encounter technical issues or have questions about how to best utilize our software. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers are able to make the most out of our CAE software and have a positive experience using it. You will need to be able to troubleshoot technical issues, provide guidance on software functionality and usage, and help our customers resolve any challenges they may encounter Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat Solution Presentation to the customers and prospects addressing the specific design engineering challenges and providing benefits. Troubleshoot technical issues with our CAE software and provide solutions in a timely manner Quick thinking to come up with solutions to address customer design related issues and software functionality issues. Collaborate with our development and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues Create and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to help customers resolve common challenges Conduct training sessions and webinars to help customers better understand and utilize our CAE software Act as a liaison between customers and our internal teams to relay feedback and feature requests Qualification / Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor's / Postgraduates Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Thermal Engineering / Automotive engineering or a related field Familiarity with CAE software and an understanding of engineering principles Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail Basic knowledge in Structural mechanics, Fluid dynamics, Heat Transfer. Professional problem-solving and project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Good written and verbal English. Willing to travel. Ability to read mechanical drawings Experience in using CAD will be considered added advantage. The coding knowledge on PYTHON will be considered added advantage. Previous experience in a CAE technical support role will be considered added advantage.
